Established Local Roots

Robert Courts

A native of Greensboro, NC I moved to Raleigh when I was 18 to attend North Carolina State University and have called it home ever since. Living within a 3-mile radius of the NCSU Bell Tower for over 20 years, I’ve watched Raleigh grow from a sleepy North Carolina town to a regional metropolis. Wake County’s growth has spread way beyond the borders of Raleigh – reaching as far north as Wake Forest and as far south as Fuquay-Varina – and I’ve been here to witness it all.

Even though Wake County has grown in size over the years, it’s strong roots and character remain, as is witnessed by the number of local, independent business that also call it home and make this area unique. I have been at the forefront of the Shop Local movement, believing from the beginning this is how strong communities are built.

From my early roots as a loan processor to my current role as a Market Manger with Prime Mortgage Lending, Inc (which is one of the few mortgage banking firms headquartered in Wake County) I attribute my personal success to 3 pillars I live by: Honesty, Integrity and Exemplary Customer Service. Working with a local firm combined with my passion to help people with the biggest purchase of their life, I go above and beyond to get things done on time, explaining things in plain, simple language and making sure all the I’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. My goal as your mortgage adviser is to help you make the best home loan decisions for you and your family.
I play an active in Shop Local Raleigh as well as the Downtown Raleigh Alliance and I am a huge advocate of networking with friends, friends of friends.  I have been creating networking opportunities for local businesses for over 20 years.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Alex and son Ben.  I love attending scouting events, local festivals and building huge Lego sets with Ben. I take great pride in volunteering my time and resource to many local organizations including the Community Music School of Raleigh, Healing Ceiling, The SPCA of Wake County, First in Families of North Carolina, Communitas and Raleigh Crime Stoppers.
