A handcrafted artisan burger joint in based in the Morgan Street Foodhall. Cow prides itself in producing a unique take on the old standard burger. Chef Dan Yeager brings his wealth of culinary knowledge into play being able to utilize his time studying at the famed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. The Cow Bar will have something for everyone including the amazing truffle burger consisting of caramelized red onions, truffle butter, shaved truffles, smoked gouda cheese on a fresh ground patty as well as a vegetarian burger made of curry infused kidney beans and grilled zucchini topped with fire roasted red peppers, red onions, avocado all served on brioche.
